General Policies

      • Check-in Time: 2:00 pm-6:00 pm (If lobby is closed, call (575) 258-3333)
      • Check-out Time: 11:00am

    Front Desk Hours

        • 9:00am-4:00pm Monday-Thursday
        • 9:00am-6:00pm Friday & Saturday
        • 9:00am-12:00pm Sunday

    Check-in Requirements

        • All guests must be 21 or older and provide a valid ID and Credit Card. We do not accept cash.

    Cancellation Policy

        • Please cancel within 24 hours of arrival to avoid cancellation fee.

    Rollaway Beds

        • We do not offer rollaway beds or cribs.

    Early Checkout Fee

        • If you decide to check out early without 24 hour notice you will be charged the full amount for one more day.

    Smoking Fee

        • All Rooms are NON-SMOKING There is a $250 fine for smoking in a non-smoking room.  If you must smoke outside, please be respectful and dispose of all buts in the trash can. Please never throw down a burning cigarette, you are in a forest and all it takes is one spark to start a forest fire.

    Damages Fee

        • A damage fee will be deducted from your credit card if we find damage to the room, this also includes towels & sheets, please do not wipe your car, motorcycle, muddy shoes, ect. with our white towels. Please ask the front desk for an old towel if needed, we will charge a fee if towels are damaged, same with sheets.

    Pet Policy

        • Pet Type: Dog
          Cost per night/per pet: $25 per dog for length of stay
          Maximum Pet Allowance:
          Additional Pet Policies: Please notify the front desk that you have a pet at booking. All dogs must be on a leash at all times, please be kind and pick up after your pet. Also please do not leave dogs in the room unattended.

    Smoking policy

      • We are a smoke free facility. Only smoking allowed outside unless under fire restrictions, then NO smoking at all. We ask that if you must smoke please be aware of the fire restrictions for the time of year you are visiting, check the entry doors for restrictions and fire risk levels. Fines will be issued by the state.
